I bring my years of professional experience and my own experience of being a mother to this practice of supporting women and families in birth. Following the transformational experience of birthing my two beautiful children, I decided to devote my life to birth work. I believe that every woman has the opportunity for a beautiful and transformative birth when support and education are available to them.

My training in not only traditional doula work but also Shamanic or energetic doula work means that our sessions will not only go through the usual aspects of labour and birth but also allow you to be open to the many other layers available to you whilst journeying through pregnancy.

As soon as possible so we can tailor your monthly sessions to your needs. Every session is so beautiful and fun that the more the better!

* our sessions are for you and offer a sacred space for you to explore many layers of yourself so most sessions will be without your partner. However towards the end there are 2 very special sessions in which your partner will be invited to attend. These are close to the birth and allow for your partner to feel involved and ask any questions.
Your partner can be a very important part of your birth journey and my job as doula is to also support them.
