Welcome to a space where traditional birth attendance and support take on a profound and empowering form. Here, my approach is rooted in a non-invasive philosophy, crafted to help you cultivate your full sovereign power as you traverse the threshold and initiation of birth and postpartum

Our Sessions Together

These sessions are intuitively guided and tailored to your needs. Our sessions are focused on building trust, openness, and joy, ensuring you feel secure and supported as we prepare for your birthing experience.

My intention is to be a reassuring presence in your birth space, fostering a sense of safety for you and your partner and a feeling of connection throughout this transformative process.

Some things we may explore include:

  • Visions and Intentions for your birth

  • Body love, movement and intuition

  • Nurturing Self Trust

  • Voice activation and the role of sound

  • Your own birth story and delving into your ideas around birth

  • Natural pain relief and the role of hormones for a blissful birth

  • Inclusion of your partner at at least one session

  • Fear release ceremony

  • Ritual, ceremony and drum meditation

  • Anything else you feel drawn to explore!

Birth Attendance

I recognise the inherent ceremony of birth and attune myself to its subtleties, aligning with the energy without interference.

My intention is to maintain a clear and harmonious space, focusing on the needs of the birthing mother and ensuring a sacred and supportive environment.

Bringing a profound trust in the birthing process, I stand beside you in the birthing space. On a physical level, my support is tailored to your needs during the depths of labour. Whether through massage, acupressure and comforting words or quietly attending to tasks in the background, as well as ensuring you and your partner have all you need, my presence is dedicated to offering support in the manner that resonates most with you.

I will stay with you until your baby is in your arms, your placenta is birthed and tended to, your space is tidy and you are fed and ready to rest.

    • 6 sessions during pregnancy

    • On Call Birth attendance

    • Includes use of my birth keeper tools (e.g. rebozo, tinctures, birth comb, massage oils).

    • 2 sessions postpartum including Birth Debriefing and Closing of the Bones Ceremony

  • What makes your sessions unique?

    Our sessions not only go through all the traditional aspects of labour and birth, but are also an opportunity for you to open to the many other layers available to you whilst journeying through pregnancy and approaching the birthing portal.

    Will you be available in between sessions?

    Many things can come up as you journey through pregnancy and our sessions definitely bring a lot of energy and thought, for that reason I invite you to feel always welcome to contact me via text or email with anyting that is coming up. We will then be able o address it in our next session.

    How long are you call for?

    I am on call for 2 weeks either side of your ‘due date’.

    What if you can’t make the birth for some reason?

    Life can sometimes throw us unexpected situations and if in the unlikely event that I can’t attend your birth, I work with a beautiful back up doula who is aligned with the way I work. You will meet her in one of our last sessions.
